Types of Services
The Flower Fairies provide florals for a wide variety of events, including weddings, luncheons, dinner parties, company meetings, business dinners, holiday parties, bridal showers, birthday parties and engagement and anniversary parties, as well as graduations and memorial services.
We also offer special order cooperate/client floral arrangements (pricing varies based on size and quantity).
In addition, we can work with realtors to compliment open house staging and home décor.
Areas We Serve
We proudly serve the Kansas City Metro area; Johnson County, Miami County, Wyandotte County, Douglas County and Leavenworth County in Kansas and Jackson County, Clay County and Platte County in Missouri. We are willing to do events on locations beyond these areas and would price the travel accordingly.
Cost Considerations
We offer centerpieces in a wide variety of sizes, styles and vessels, ranging from the minimalist, modern look to the extravagant expression of beauty. Centerpiece costs are dependent on the size, dimensions, stem count and fullness. We strive to use the freshest florals and when possible, sourced locally. We take pride in creating our own designs and make every effort to meet the desires and expectations of our customers. We will provide a vessel but are willing to use your vessel if you prefer.
Terms and Conditions: All orders must be placed at least 72 hours prior to the desired delivery date. Rush orders completed within 72 hours of the requested delivery date, will incur an additional fee. Please note that while we strive to accommodate all requests, availability and seasonal fluctuations may impact certain floral selections. A minimum order amount of $100 is required for all floral arrangements and deliveries.
Full-Service Wedding Minimum: To ensure the highest quality and personalized experience for each of our couples, The Flower Fairies requires a $3,000 minimum investment for full-service wedding florals. This allows our team to devote the time, creativity, and detail needed to craft cohesive, beautifully designed floral experiences that reflect your unique vision.

We happily welcome custom floral ideas and unique design requests. Whether you’re envisioning something uncommon or incorporating your own vessels, we love bringing your creative concepts to life. Custom pieces are priced according to the materials and labor required.
Optional Services
Delivery – Basic drop-off fees start at $50 (for small orders only, such as a wedding at City Hall) which does not require set up.

Set up and Installation - Full service setup $250 - $450+ depending on size, design complexity, and required labor.
Take Down - Event floral breakdown services $150 - $350+ depending on the scope and venue pickup requirements.
Samples – Cost is dependent on the needs of the customer.
Venue Visits/Off-site Consultations – The first consultation, in person, is included in the booking. Additional costs are dependent on distance and time commitment.
Rentals – We offer vessels, compotes, stands, votives, lanterns, signage, candelabras, and more. Rental fees are included in design pricing. Replacement fees apply for lost/damaged items. We would be happy to assist the customer in the selection of these items or repurpose vessels/other items that they may own.
Design Fees - A 10–15% design fee is applied to all full-service florals. This fee supports the creative planning, custom sourcing, recipe design, and skilled artistry behind your blooms—covering the thoughtful work and magical details that bring your unique floral vision to life.
